PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR

We are looking for partnership coordinators to develop relationships with businesses and individuals within Ontario with us, BATM, for the betterment of the animals in our care!

Overview of the Role

Partnership coordinators are responsible for securing partners (individuals, groups, or businesses) to aid in the raising of funds and awareness for Bark at the Moon. This can be a local business doing a kickback on online sales, getting donation items from a company to auction for profit, securing a photographer for a photoshoot, etc.

This role is remote.

All training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate partnership connections independently and with team

• Connect with businesses and individuals to partner with BATM

• Implement the affiliation/kickback/fundraiser

• Follow-up as needed

• Track communications and efforts

• Cultivate relationship over time

The Ideal Candidate:

• Great communication skills

• Outgoing 

• Creative and innovative

• BONUS: Fundraising experience

• BONUS: Sales/Partnership experience

  
  

Time Commitment

~ 3 hours per week

• Reaching out to potential partners

• Planning details with involved parties

• Replying to internal team messages every 24hrs

• Attending monthly team meetings
